Who We are

At (MMHS), we see the person, not just the problem. We believe therapy should feel personal, welcoming, collaborative, and human.Therapy is about more than identifying what's “wrong.” It's about understanding your experiences, relationships, strengths, and the things that have shaped you. Our approach is: Person-Centered:You are more than a diagnosis or symptom. Collaborative:We work with you, not simply on you. Approachable:Mental health conversations should feel real, not filled with jargon.Inclusive:Your identity, culture, connections, and experiences matter. Growth-Focused: Growth isn't about becoming someone else; it's about becoming more connected to yourself.

Meet the Team

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Arizona and Wisconsin.

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationships, identity, and all the wonderfully complicated things that come with being human. I especially enjoy working with BIPOC individuals, LGBTQ+ clients, couples, and emerging adults who are figuring out who they are, where they’re going, and how to make life feel a little less overwhelming.

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based. I’m not here to tell you how to live your life or hand you a list of things to “fix.” Instead, we’ll work together to understand what’s going on, build tools that fit your life, and reconnect with the strengths and resilience you already have. Therapy is a place to be heard, challenged, supported, and maybe even laugh a little along the way.

In my free time, I love to hang out with my partner, play video games, and watch anime!

I am looking forward to connecting with you soon!
